ODNR does not perform adequate due diligence in permitting because this facility was permitted despite the fact that it is in close range with Wills Creek, which feeds Wills Creek Reservoir, which is drinking water source for the City of Cambridge with over 14,000 people. Also, the fact that Mr. Tomastik denies the known facts that frack waste is toxic and radioactive is of significant concern because such misinformation deliberately misleads the public.
