Public Records Request #5121- Follow Up
As with many public records requests, the ODNR is very careful about what they send in compliance with the public records request. The FreshWater Accountability Project issued diligent follow-up in efforts to make the ODNR referrals to the Ohio Attorney General’s office public.
These referrals illustrate how the oil and gas industry routinely put Ohioans health and safety at risk.
